
Liliana Lizarazo Rodriguez
Research Professor
Liliana Lizarazo Rodriguez is a Research Professor in comparative constitutional law and sustainable development law at the Brussels School of Governance, where she is also Programme Director of the LLM in International and European Law programme. She is an expert in the areas of Business & Human Rights, law and sustainable development and judicial adjudication. At BSoG, she carries out the project CURIAE VIRIDES, funded by the European Research Council (ERC Str. Grant 909496). This project conceptualizes the worldwide progressive transition of human rights litigation into more ecocentric litigation and the role of courts in addressing ecological governance gaps. Liliana obtained her PhD at the Department of Interdisciplinary Study of Law, Private Law and Business Law of the University of Ghent.
