Welcome to TDI Yearly 2023 conference!
The EU’s Trade Defence Policy is evolving constantly. Following up the most important developments, the 3E Research Centre of the Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) is organising its annual Trade Defence Instruments (TDI) conference on Thursday 9 November 2023. TDI Yearly 2023 will be organised in a hybrid format, building upon the very well-received in-person, online and hybrid editions of the four previous years. The conference convenes top-level speakers including Professor Joost Pauwelyn (Geneve Graduate Institute), Maria José Costeira (EU General Court) and the international experts Clare Brodie (UK Trade Remedies Authority), and Rafaela Teixeira Vieira Noman (Trade Defence Department, Brazil). The sessions will review the most important novelties of year 2023 in the decision-making of the Commission, the European Court and the WTO, while providing comparative insights on the TDI practices of the EU’s key trading partners.
