Xavier joined the Brussels School of Governance as PhD Researcher working on the ERC Curiae Viridies project (exploring the Third Wave of Global Judicial Activism in filling Ecological Governance Gaps) researching about the socio-legal role of stakeholders and ecocentric networks in the transformation (and judicial resolution) of ecocentric disputes. Previously, he was a research assistant at UPF (Pompeu Fabra University) and an intern at INTERVICT (International Victimology Institute Tilburg). Xavier is a Political Science graduate from UPF, and obtained two LLMs from Tilburg Universiteit (with distinction) and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
