Marco Giacalone is a Adjunct Professor in International and European Law at the Brussels School of Governance. Marco holds a PhD in IT Law (Thesis on the “Dispute Resolution and New IT Realities”) and a post-doctoral research fellow at the Centre for Law Science Technology and Society (LSTS) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB).
Marco is a legal expert in the field of Private International Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), EU regulations and the application of economic principles into the field of law.
