Clément Perarnaud

Senior Associate Researcher

Clément Perarnaud is a Senior Associate Researcher at the Brussels School of Governance and is a Researcher in the Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation, Digital Economy (GRID) unit at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). His most recent research work focuses on the process of making EU digital policies, as well as negotiations and power plays in Internet governance. He is also a member of the working group on Internet governance and regulation of the Center Internet et Société (CIS-CNRS, Paris) and expert curator for the Geneva Internet Platform (GIP, Geneva).
