Strengthening relations between Europe and Africa in an uncertain geopolitical context - Renforcer les relations entre l’Europe et l’Afrique dans un contexte géopolitique incertain

The Sahel Security Strategic Thinking Network (2r3s), in partnership with the team of the European Union Special Representative for the Sahel (EUSR), Her Excellency Ms Emanuela Claudia Del Re, the Centre for Migration, Diversity and Justice (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) and the Forum for Sahel-Europe Dialogue (Francisco de Vitoria University - Madrid,  Spain) is organising a conference on the challenges of the relationship between Europe and Africa in times of crisis and instability. This meeting is part of the continuity of the efforts led by the 2r3s in strengthening mutual capacities for anticipation and response to crises between the two continents and will aim to conduct an operational reflection to support actors and resilience mechanisms in the Sahel and Gulf of Guinea regions.  

Le Réseau de Réflexion Stratégique sur la Sécurité au Sahel (2r3s), en partenariat avec l’équipe de la Représentante Spéciale de l’Union européenne pour le Sahel (RSUE), Son Excellence Madame Emanuela Claudia Del Re, le Centre pour la migration, la diversité et la justice (Vrije Universiteit Brussel)  et le Forum pour le Dialogue Sahel-Europe (Université Francisco de Vitoria - Madrid, Espagne) organise une conférence sur les enjeux de la relation entre l’Europe et l’Afrique en période de crise et d’instabilité. Cette rencontre s’inscrit dans la continuité des efforts menés par le 2r3s dans le renforcement des capacités mutuelles d’anticipation et de réaction aux crises entre les deux continents et aura pour objectif de mener une réflexion opérationnelle pour accompagner les acteurs et les mécanismes de résilience dans les régions du Sahel et du Golfe de Guinée.
