BSoG students participate in 31st session of Harvard WorldMUN

In March 2023, a delegation of 10 students from the Brussels School of Governance went to Paris to participate in the 31st session of the Harvard WorldMUN organised by Harvard University. Every year, the conference is hosted in a new city and attended by thousands of university students from over 110 countries.

Students attending the conference are assigned countries to represent in simulations of the different committees of the United Nations. Our BSoG delegation represented the State of Palestine in six different committees: the Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), the Special Political and Decolonization Committee (SPECPOL), the Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Committee (SOCHUM), the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee (ECOFIN), the Legal Committee (LC) and the Haitian Legislative Board (HLB).

The BSoG delegation was composed of Faris Zebib (HLB), Divine Nsingi (SOCHUM), Dries de Smedt (DISEC), Amandine Lacour (DISEC), Julia Furlong (SPECPOL), Cameron Alemand (SPECPOL), Arianna Malaveci (ECOFIN), Giacomo Summaria (ECOFIN), Sarah Amrani (LC) and Regine Vonsild Oinask (LC).

Our participating students are from the BA in International and European Law, and BA in International Affairs programmes.
