In line with its practice-oriented STEP approach, the BSoG creates for its students various opportunities to help them make an informed decision about their future career paths. In this context, students of our BA in International and European Law attended a Career Workshop on 7 March, with guest speaker Erik Valgaeren, who is a partner heading the Technology, Media and Telecom practice in the Brussels office of international law firm Stibbe. Erik explained how his own career took shape and offered our students some very useful tips to kickstart their own professional activities.
