Cancellation Policy
The Brussels School of Governance reserves the right to cancel a room booking up to 3 weeks before the date of the event. In case of cancellation by the customer, the cancellation costs below are applicable.

No cancellation costs will be charged
2 weeks before event
25 % of the registration fee will be charged
1 week before event
50 % of the registration fee will be charged
1 week - 3 days before event
75 % of the registration fee will be charged
Less than 3 days before event
100% of the registration fee will be charged
