The EU’s Trade Defence Policy is evolving constantly. Following up the most important developments, the 3E Research Centre of the Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) is organising its annual Trade Defence Instruments (TDI) conference on 17 November 2022. TDI Yearly 2022 will be organised in a hybrid format, building upon the very well-received in-person, online and hybrid editions of the three previous years.
The conference convenes top-level speakers including Marc Van der Woude (the President of the General Court) and Martin Lukas (Director, DG Trade). The sessions will review the most important novelties of year 2022 in the decision-making of the Commission, the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) and the WTO, while also taking stock on the Commission’s modernisation package and the implications of sustainability on TDI.
