After successful in-person editions and a digital one last year, the 3E Research Centre from the Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) is looking forward to welcoming you to this year's hybrid edition on 18 November.
The EU’s Trade Defence Policy is constantly developing. The conference will present and review the most important novelties of the year 2021.
The key-note speech of the former EU Trade Commissioner and Brussels School of Governance President Karel De Gucht will focus on trade defence in the area of services. Throughout the day, experienced Commission officials, members of the Brussels bar and representatives of academia and companies will then look at determinations of the Commission and its practice relating to third-country cases. Moreover, relevant jurisprudence from the European Court and WTO bodies will be presented by high-level speakers. Every session will be followed by an inter-active questions and answers round involving the audience in the room and on-line.
Please note that an admission fee applies, more information can be found on the registration link.
